Problem :

Between Art, human sciences and craft, portraiture has always revealed individuals and elevated talent. In an image-saturated era and AI, it continues to restore presence, write memory, and open transmission.To this day, the Parisian iconic studio portrait has not been renewed. There is currently no “Studio Brand” in the high-end contemporary portrait photography sector with a clearly defined style. At the same time, Japanese and Korean freelancers — in beauty, fashion and image — remain without a dedicated support structure in Paris.

Solution :

Ikibyka Paris Studio responds to this dual absence.The Studio and the Empowerment Agency: two interconnected activities within a single economic model.High-end image production finances a standard of excellence in support dedicated to Japanese and Korean freelancers. The mastered expertise of the freelancers, in return, contributes to the production of images. An integrated model, structured by a flow logic: the Studio finances the Agency, and the Agency strengthens quality, differentiation, and recurrence.

• 1 pioneering studio of iconic contemporary portraiture, shaped by the aesthetics and savoir-faire of Paris, Tokyo and Seoul
• A creative duo, Image Maker & Studio Manager, trained in France and already working with Parisian Maisons
. A freelance network (makeup artists, hairstylists, and stylists) based in Paris.
• Two portrait and experience offerings at a very high-end level (1 to 2 productions per day), in limited volume to ensure rarity and excellence
• A new economic model with two interconnected activities (Studio & Empowerment Agency)
• Three progressively diversified revenue streams (portraits, support, studio rental)
• An international clientele with strong engagement and purchasing power
• ~€222K in revenue from the first year
