Problem :

Meat-focused restaurants currently operating in Barcelona do not meet the needs of modern consumers: no takeaway or home delivery options, often very “classic” atmospheres, and medium to high price points.
The only concepts currently ticking these boxes are the usual pizza, burger, and sushi spots — but no one has yet positioned themselves in the street food meat segment, which is already booming in other countries.

Solution :

Mamá Brasa therefore aims to modernize the current offering by focusing on three main pillars:

  • a short menu with 3 starters, 2 desserts, and a single main dish. This dish will be customizable to meet the expectations of as many customers as possible, and will include one, two, or three portions of meat (beef / chicken / veggie), regular or sweet potato fries, and a sauce of choice.
  • an unbeatable value for money (main dish at €14.90 and ultra-tender meat thanks to a double low-temperature cooking process followed by grilling over charcoal). This strength will allow us to compete both with traditional meat restaurants and fast-food players, and will facilitate the rapid opening of new locations.
  • a strong and recognizable brand, heavily leveraging social media to build and retain a loyal community.
