Problem :

The Land Rover Defender is an iconic vehicle that has stood the test of time.
But now it’s time to take it into the future by making it 100% electric and environmentally friendly – without compromising on its off-road capabilities, whilst improving its comfort and reliability!

Solution :

Our retrofit kit for the Land Rover Defender is already in use in the Middle East and meets the most stringent requirements of French and European regulations, whilst offering a retail price 40% lower than that of our Anglo-Saxon competitors.

Today REV MOBILITIES retrofit kits for Land Rover Defender is :

Funding target: €700,000
Contract term: 5 years
Target IRR: 2.5%
Use of funds: 85% for the purchase of components (batteries, motors, BMS, wiring harnesses, etc.) for the first batch of 20 kits + 15% for the French type-approval application
Selling price of a kit: €30,000 excl. VAT per kit vs ~$70,000 for competitors in the Anglo-Saxon market
